Requirements

Two years of relevant experience in a restaurant kitchen, OR
Culinary school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR
High school diploma plus 24 months of on-the-job experience

Responsibilities

Direct and control the food preparation process and related kitchen activities
Collaborate with the head cook on menu planning and execution
Oversee equipment planning and maintenance
Train and supervise kitchen staff
